We are accepting applications for the following positions:
Bookkeeper/HR Administrator
Individual will be responsible for the accounting and
personnel activities. Activities would include managing receivables and
payables, weekly payroll activities, coordinating employee benefit programs,
health insurance, and related employee issues. In addition, this individual must
be capable of providing strategic direction related to the operation of the
business in both the Accounting and HR areas.
The right candidate should meet the following requirements:
Receptionist
This individual’s primary responsibility will be to answer phone calls, and
complete various office tasks, including data entry. In addition to these tasks,
this individual will work with the primary Production Scheduler in contacting
Field Personnel and Customers to assist in coordinating the daily production
schedule.
Individual must be, possess excellent phone manners, good oral and written
skills, personable and willing to be assertive when necessary.
This individual will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with
QuickBooks is a plus.
