LEBANON BUSINESS PARK BUILDING 16
In December of 2020 Merritt Crews began work on a 616,000 Square foot warehouse for Duke Realty and placed 24,000 tons of stone and poured 27,000 cubic yards of concrete. Merritt Contracting installed all the foundations, slabs and exterior concrete. Our crews completed the slabs pour with an overall flatness and levelness of FF82 FL52.
NEWCOLD
Our Civil Crews moved 277,000 yards of dirt, installed 13,000 linear feet of pipe and placed 70,000 tons of stone. This job covered approximately 75 acres and was a challenge in that we weren’t able to start construction until November 15, 2020 and the customer needed the trailer parking and loop road paved before the asphalt plants shut down for the year December 20th. It was a tall order, but the asphalt crews completed the areas that needed paved on December 18, 2020. Merritt’s Concrete Crews will be installing all of the exterior concrete on this project as well.
65 COMMERCE PARK INFRASTRUCTURE AND BUILDING 3
Our Civil Crews moved 230,000 yards of dirt, installed 20,000 Linear feet of pipe and 10,000 linear feet of tile. This job covered approximately 60 acres and had several thousand feet of sanitary sewer over 20’ deep with a 35’ deep lift station.
