What Does Employee-Owned Mean?

Merritt Contracting provides all employees with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This plan allows employees to acquire a stake in the company through stock allocation at no cost. We aim to motivate team members to financially participate in the success we achieve together regardless of their role.
