Safety training commences as soon as you begin your career with Merritt Contracting. We understand the importance of adopting a proactive approach to ensure that we all maintain a unified mindset regarding safety.
We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards through regular training and oversight. Our full-time safety directors conduct ongoing training sessions and routine job-site inspections to ensure equipment and personal protective equipment are current, compliant, and used correctly.
